Post-Service Audit Calls

• Make outbound calls to customers post service visits to confirm whether the service has been completed satisfactorily.
• Record customer feedback and flag any concerns or dissatisfaction to the concerned team for corrective action.

Cancelled Call Verification

• Call customers whose service calls were cancelled to audit the reason and ensure the issue was resolved or addressed appropriately.
• Document accurate feedback and escalate genuine unresolved concerns.

Daily Call Target

• Make approximately 100 audit calls per day as per the given list.
• Ensure timely and complete call closure in internal systems.

Quality Feedback Logging

• Maintain detailed records of customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and reasons for dissatisfaction.
• Share daily and weekly reports with the supervisor.

Customer Empathy & Communication

• Ensure professional, courteous, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
• Work closely with the service operations team to close customer concerns effectively
