Job Description

*Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Airtel Payment Bank (Voice Process)*

Location: Noida sec - 63.

Department: Customer Support / Voice Process

Shift: Day Shift / Rotational (as per business requirement)

Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)


*Job Description:*

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Executive for the Airtel Payment Bank Process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information regarding Airtel Payment Bank services.


*Key Responsibilities:*

Handle customer calls related to Airtel Payment Bank services (wallet, UPI, KYC, account-related queries, etc.).

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver first-call resolution.

Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call quality, handling time, and resolution rate.


*Required Skills:*

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

Ability to handle customer pressure and resolve issues empathetically.

Basic computer knowledge 

Good listening and problem-solving skills.


*Eligibility Criteria:*

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Fresher or 6 months+ experience in a voice process/BPO/customer service role.

Age: 18 – 32 years.
