Job Description
📋 Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer Service Executive for the International process! You’ll handle chat (70%) and voice (30%) interactions, ensuring quick and effective resolution of customer queries.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and voice channels.
- Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Achieve target AHT while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
🎓 Requirements:
- Education: Graduates preferred (Undergraduates with min. 6 months BPO/chat experience can apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in graveyard shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
🗓 Working Conditions:
- 5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
- Shift: Night / Graveyard
- No cab facility
📅 Interview Timing: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
