Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Voice Process to support customers of a leading US-based telecom company. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate freshers are welcome
- Candidates with a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience (voice process preferred) can also apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls professionally
- Assist customers with telecom-related queries, billing issues, and service requests
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined SLAs
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and first-call resolution
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
