Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Voice Process to support customers of a leading US-based telecom company. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate freshers are welcome
  • Candidates with a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience (voice process preferred) can also apply
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls professionally
  • Assist customers with telecom-related queries, billing issues, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined SLAs
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and first-call resolution
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
