Job Overview : We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to resolve customer concerns.
• Meet individual and team performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles (0– 2 years for entry-level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Customer-centric attitude with a positive and empathetic approach.
