Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer inquiries related to shipment status, delivery schedules, delays, and complaints
- Coordinate with operations, delivery partners, and warehouse teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow company processes and service quality standards
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Female candidates only
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or the courier industry is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
