Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / Engineering GraduateJob RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our team for customer support and onboarding of clients for our telecom and AI communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist new clients in platform onboarding and setup

* Provide customer support via call, email, and WhatsApp

* Help clients understand product features and usage

* Coordinate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution

* Maintain customer onboarding documentation and reports

* Provide basic troubleshooting for platform-related queriesRequired Skills• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

* Basic understanding of software platforms / APIs / telecom solutions (preferred)

* Problem-solving attitude

* Willingness to learn AI Voice Bots, Dialer Platforms, and WhatsApp Business API

Location: Noida/Delhi - 2 for each Location

Laptop- The candidate will own the laptop, and Rs. 1,000 will be paid as service/maintenance charges.
