Job Description

Job Role:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will talk to customers and help solve their problems in a polite and friendly way.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, messages, or emails
  • Understand customer problems and give proper solutions
  • Handle complaints calmly and politely
  • Provide correct information about company services/products
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers if needed

Requirements:


  • Graduate
  • Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, typing, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
  • Polite behavior and patience while talking to customers
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a team
  • Working Hours:6 days working (1 day off)
  • Shift timing may vary (day/rotational shift)
