Job Description
Job Role:We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will talk to customers and help solve their problems in a polite and friendly way.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, messages, or emails
- Understand customer problems and give proper solutions
- Handle complaints calmly and politely
- Provide correct information about company services/products
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers if needed
Requirements:
- Graduate
- Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word, typing, etc.)
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
- Polite behavior and patience while talking to customers
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a team
- Working Hours:6 days working (1 day off)
- Shift timing may vary (day/rotational shift)
