Job Description
We are a manufacturing company in Noida Sector 138 looking for a Customer Support Executive
to manage our existing client relationships and payment follow-up.
What you will do:
- Send invoices and dispatch details to clients on WhatsApp
- Confirm delivery with clients and collect original documents
- Follow up with clients for payment before and on due date
- Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal team
- Update client status daily in our tracking system
This is NOT a call centre job. You will be handling a fixed set of existing wholesale and retail clients —
building relationships and ensuring payments come in on time.
What we need:
- Confident Hindi communication (spoken and written)
- Good follow-up habit — persistent and organised
- Basic MS Excel and WhatsApp Business
- Willing to work from office, Sector 138 Noida
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000
Freshers with strong communication welcome. Female candidates preferred.
