Job Description

Job Summary:


As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product/service information to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.

3. Provide product/service information to customers, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting.

4. Utilize knowledge base and other resources to resolve customer inquiries.

5. Escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or management as needed.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics.

8. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.


Requirements:


1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.

2. 0-2 years of customer service experience; BPO experience an asset.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
