• Welcome call within 6 hours of joining

• Explain clearly:

• Trainer

• WhatsApp group rules

• Payment cycle

• Attendance expectation

• Ensure:

• Student joins the correct WhatsApp group

• Knows how to access online

 Inactive Student Reactivation

• Call/message every:

• 2-day absent student

• 7-day inactive student

• Understand the real problem

• Adjust batch if needed

• Escalate to trainer if health-related

• Maintain reactivation success rate

✅ Trainer Coordination

• Daily update with trainers on:

• Attendance quality

• Student energy

• Complaints

• Injury cases

• Ensure:

• Trainer starts class on time

• No batch runs empty without your knowledge
