Job Description
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries related to Max Life Insurance policies
- Support customers with policy renewals, updates, and service requests
- Review existing insurance policies and suggest suitable changes
- Assist customers with claim-related queries and basic claim support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with customers
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in Insurance (Life Insurance preferred)
- Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate
- Good English communication skills (verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, system handling)
- Self-motivated, quick learner with good vocabulary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment
