Morena Technologies is hiring Customer Service Executives for inbound call support. This role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. There are no sales targets involved, making it ideal for candidates who excel in communication and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow company processes and quality standards

Maintain proper call records and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

Boys and girls both can apply

Good communication skills required

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Shift Details:

Girls: Day shift only

Boys: Rotational shifts

Work Schedule:

6 days working

1 rotational weekly off

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on interview and experience)
