Job Title : CPA (Customer Process Associate) – Experienced Candidates

Salary: ₹32,000 Gross per month

 Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced candidates for the role of Customer Process Associate (CPA). The role involves handling operational and backend support tasks, ensuring accuracy in data processing, and assisting in day-to-day business operations under supervision.

 Key Responsibilities: 

* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems

* Prepare basic reports and ensure timely updates

* Handle customer/process-related requests efficiently

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

* Maintain MIS and track daily operational activities

* Support senior team members in process execution

 Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in operations/back-office/customer support

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

 Work Schedule :

 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

 Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off + Sunday Fixed Off

 Salary - 32k Gross
