  • Position - customer care executive(international blended process)


  • Process name - Process Project One (Banking Blended Process)70% Chat and 30% Voice 


  • Job experience - At Least 6 month exp. in international process


  • Qualification - under graduation / graduation


  • Salary - 50k CTC & 43K Inhand


  •  shift - Night Shift according to US timings 


  • Working days - 5days working / two days, rotational off

 

  • 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through chat (70%) and voice (30%).
  • Proactively manage chat flows to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a good Average Handling Time (AHT) while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer interactions under pressure with professionalism and composure.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
