Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound calls and enquiries from existing students and parents
  • Drive student renewals, course extensions, and repeat enrollments
  • Build strong relationships to improve student retention and satisfaction
  • Counsel students and parents on academic progress and course plans
  • Resolve concerns to reduce churn and improve renewal conversion
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student support
  • Update and maintain records in CRM / LMS systems
  • Consistently achieve renewal, retention, and revenue targets


Eligibility & Requirements


  • Age Criteria: 19 to 26 years
  • Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome
  • Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or education sales preferred
  • Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and inbound sales metrics
  • Student-focused and solution-oriented mindset
