Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from existing students and parents
- Drive student renewals, course extensions, and repeat enrollments
- Build strong relationships to improve student retention and satisfaction
- Counsel students and parents on academic progress and course plans
- Resolve concerns to reduce churn and improve renewal conversion
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student support
- Update and maintain records in CRM / LMS systems
- Consistently achieve renewal, retention, and revenue targets
Eligibility & Requirements
- Age Criteria: 19 to 26 years
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or education sales preferred
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and inbound sales metrics
- Student-focused and solution-oriented mindset
