Job Description

Job Role Summary:

The Customer Support Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for Swiggy, addressing order-related queries, complaints, and service requests through voice support. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, cancellations, and app usage.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from Swiggy customers in Hindi and English.
  • Provide accurate information while adhering to defined SOPs and quality standards.
  • Document call details and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).

Experience

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer support / BPO voice processes can apply.
  • Skill Requirements: Fluency in spoken Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Preferred Profile: Prior experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or customer service processes.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
