Job Summary
- Provide customer support for US-based clients through chat and voice channels.
- Assist customers by answering queries and providing accurate information about services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and voice calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle US customers professionally.
- Good typing speed for chat support.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or international process preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
