Job Summary

  1. Provide customer support for US-based clients through chat and voice channels.
  2. Assist customers by answering queries and providing accurate information about services.
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via chat and voice calls professionally.
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  4. Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
  7. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
  8. Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs).

Required Skills

  1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  2. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to handle US customers professionally.
  4. Good typing speed for chat support.
  5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  2. 0–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or international process preferred.
  3. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Additional Requirements

  1. Willingness to work in US / Night shifts.
  2. Ability to manage both chat and voice support simultaneously.
  3. Good listening and interpersonal skills.
