What You'll Do
Skill Required: Customer Support – Non Voice / Voice
Designation: Associate / Sr. Associate
Qualifications: HSC / Any Graduation
Years of Experience: Freshers can also apply (Bulk Hiring)
What Would You Do?
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and will help manage and resolve customer queries related to pre or post-travel services worldwide, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and provide the best possible resolutions.
You will also be responsible for closing faults and complaints within defined SLAs.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work for government and banking processes, providing high-quality support and service for clients in these critical sectors.
What Are We Looking For?
In this role, you are required to solve routine problems largely through precedent and by referring to general guidelines. You will be expected to deliver high-quality customer experiences while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
