Job Description

  • customer Query Resolution Resolve customer issues within defined timelines (SLA/TAT).
  • Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) targets.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality in responses.
  • 2. Customer Satisfaction Meet or exceed Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) targets.
  • Handle customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Reduce customer complaints and escalations.
  • 3. Communication & Professionalism Maintain clear, polite, and effective verbal/written communication.
  • Follow communication guidelines and scripts (if applicable).
  • Ensure zero communication-related errors.
  • 4. Process Adherence Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Update CRM/system logs accurately for every interaction.
  • Meet quality audit standards.
  • 5. Productivity & Efficiency Handle the required number of calls/chats/emails daily.
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence targets.
  • Improve handling time (AHT) without affecting quality.
  • 6. Team Collaboration Coordinate effectively with team members and seniors.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Participate in training and skill enhancement programs.
  • 7. Feedback & Continuous Improvement Provide customer feedback to improve products/services.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions.
  • Participate in performance evaluations and self-development.
