Tech Mahindra BPS Noida is hiring for Customer Support Associate- Blended process


5 days working with 2 Rotational week off


**Good English Communication skill is mandatory**


Role & responsibilities


  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  3. Provide product/service information and support.
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  5. Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
  6. Should be able to communicate well in English language.


Preferred candidate profile


  1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  2. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  3. Ability to work flexible shifts.
  4. A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
