Customer Support Executive

·   Develop and maintain new training course materials for products and processes. Designing and executing orientation programs for sales teams.

·   Perform informational presentations (PowerPoint presentations) about products Infront of channel partners and employees. Provide advice and support on product to all the sales team employees.

·   Create Brand awareness of product to partners and industry.

·   Assist with the preparation and conduct of trials in order to develop optimal capability and performances.

·   Provide in store demonstration and solution of technical glitches.

·   Measure partner satisfaction and success of marketing campaigns.

·   Maintain knowledge of system, process, market trends and competitors.

           · Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat).

           · Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

           · Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

           · Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback.

           · Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

           · Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

           · Contribute to team efforts in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
