We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team for a premium process. As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.

 


Based on your application on our job posting and subsequent screening, your candidature has been shortlisted for further rounds of interview for Customer Support Role (Voice Process, Work from home) with Tech Mahindra.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.


Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.


Provide product/service information and support.


Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.


Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.


Skills and Qualifications:


Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).


Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.


Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.


A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
