We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process).
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary Package: Up to ₹21,600 CTC
In-hand Salary: ₹18,400
CTC: ₹19,000
Night Shift Allowance: ₹2,600
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle net banking related queries via email and chat support.
- Address customer concerns related to transactions, login issues, and password resets.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and professional written communication.
- Maintain proper records of interactions and follow up as required in the system.
