Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the NBFC Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries over calls and emails related to loan applications, loan status, EMI payments, and general banking-related concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries via email within defined TAT.
  • Assist customers regarding:
  • Loan application process
  • Loan approval / rejection status
  • EMI payment details
  • Payment failures / delays
  • Banking & KYC-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Follow compliance and data protection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Banking & Loan processes.
  • Good understanding of EMI, interest, repayment cycles, and basic financial terms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Good soft skills with customer-handling ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email drafting).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
