Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support Executive who will handle website order confirmations and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to confirm website orders
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, and products
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and updates
- Manage order-related data and maintain records
- Handle WhatsApp/chat/email support when required
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, WhatsApp, email handling)
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus
