Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support Executive who will handle website order confirmations and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm website orders
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, and products
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and updates
  • Manage order-related data and maintain records
  • Handle WhatsApp/chat/email support when required
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience



Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, WhatsApp, email handling)
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus
