Daily Walk Ins at Noida and Gurgaon for multiple roles
1. PF Tech – Noida (Fresher, Computer Science Graduate)
Role Summary
Entry-level technical support role for graduates in Computer Science, providing assistance to clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical queries from customers.
- Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
- Document cases in ticketing systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Com in Computer Science.
- Strong communication skills (English, written & verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Freshers eligible; prior internship/academic projects in IT preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

2. International Voice BPO – Tech/Non-Tech (Experienced)
Role Summary
Voice-based customer support for international clients, requiring prior BPO exposure.
Responsibilities

- Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
