We are currently hiring Customer Support Executive for the Premium Domestic Process our organization. Its a full-time opportunity, 5 days a week working and 100% onsite Job.

Job Title -- Inbound Customer Support Executive (Voice Process / Domestic and International)

Location -- Sector 60, Noida

Salary -- Up to 5 LPA

Skill:

We need Minimum 6+ Moths Experience in BPO.

Job Description:

Overseeing the customer service process.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support, Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Should be able to promote the Company Services and offering over the call.

Resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

5 days working , Shift Window Male- 24*7. Females - 6 am - 8pm (Any 9 hrs. shift)
