Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Introduce and explain company products/services to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate / undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior telesales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
