Customer Service Associates for a Domestic Voice Process at our Noida location.
The role involves handling customer interactions over voice calls while ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to process guidelines.
- Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: 6–12 months of Domestic BPO Voice experience (mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Neutral Indian accent (No MTI / RTI)
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Basic computer and system knowledge
- Work Details
- Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
- Shifts: Rotational
- Cab Facility: Provided during odd hours (7:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Compensation
- Salary: ₹2.7 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA
