Job Title:

Client Servicing & Business Development Executive (Studio63 – Noida)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken and proactive individual who can handle client interactions and also contribute to business growth. This is a mix of client servicing + lead conversion role (not hardcore sales).

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services

* Convert leads into confirmed bookings

* Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients

* Coordinate with internal team (shoots, edits, scheduling)

* Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to delivery

* Maintain basic data of leads, follow-ups and conversions

What We Expect:

* Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

* Confident, polite and presentable personality

* Ability to handle clients professionally

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

* Willingness to learn and take ownership of work

* Fresher or 6 months–2 years experience can apply

* This is not a cold-calling or pressure sales role

* Leads will be provided

* Performance will be evaluated based on follow-ups, client handling & conversions
