Customer Support Executive || Inbound Voice Process || Banking Domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required for undergraduates. (Offer letter, Exp letter & last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)
• Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.
• Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24*7rotational shifts. (Transport Available)

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week offs

Salary :

             Fresher: 12280 -13744 in hand Salary & 13700-15300 CTC

Experience (6 months & above): : 13,744 -15,208 in hand & 15300- 16900 CTC

Experience (12 months & above): 15,208 in hand & 16900 CTC
