🔹 Experience: 0–2 years

🔹 Language Requirement: Fluent in Tamil and Hindi/English

📝 Key Responsibilities:

*Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in Tamil.

*Resolve product-related queries and guide customers on GPS tracking system usage.

*Provide prompt and accurate information to ensure high customer satisfaction.

*Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.

✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications:

*Excellent communication skills in Tamil(spoken and comprehension).

*Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

*Undergraduate or Graduate.
