Data Entry Operator (Night Shift)We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records by updating and entering data into our systems. The ideal candidate is a fast typist with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently during night-shift hours.

• Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Mon–Fri)
• Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Key ResponsibilitiesData Management: Accurately enter and update data from various sources (paperwork, digital files, or databases) into our internal systems.
• Verification: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and resolve them before final entry.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• File Maintenance: Digitize physical records and organize digital files for easy retrieval.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries based on the entered data as required by management.
• Requirements & SkillsExperience: Previous experience in data entry or a clerical role is preferred.
• Typing Speed: Proficiency in touch typing with a minimum speed of 40–50 WPM and high accuracy.
• Software Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors and stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Reliability: Since this is a night shift role, punctuality and the ability to maintain a consistent sleep-work schedule are essential.
• Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills for reporting discrepancies.
