We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to collect, verify, and update data for NGO-related activities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining accurate databases while professionally engaging with individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to collect and verify NGO-related data.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain information in the database.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Follow a structured script or call guide as required.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in data received.
• Meet daily/weekly call and data collection targets.
• Coordinate with the data team for reporting and updates.
• Maintain records of calls and update call outcomes regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; any additional training in telecalling or communication is a plus.
• Prior experience in outbound calling or data collection is preferred.
• Good communication skills in [mention preferred languages: e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data entry.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
