Job Description
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities📊 Data Management & ReportingManage daily data entry and reporting in Microsoft Excel
- Prepare sales, purchase, and performance reports
- Maintain accurate records and dashboards
- 💻 POS & Software HandlingOperate and manage billing through Petpooja
- Update menu, pricing, and product details
- Generate and analyze reports from POS system
- 💰 Billing & AccountsHandle daily billing and invoice generation
- Maintain transaction records and reconcile daily sales
- Support basic accounting tasks
- 🧾 Payroll ManagementMaintain staff attendance and salary records
- Assist in payroll processing and salary calculations
- Ensure accuracy in employee payments
- 📦 Inventory ManagementTrack stock levels and inventory movement
- Maintain purchase and consumption records
- Coordinate with kitchen/store for stock updates
- ⚙️ Operations SupportEnsure data accuracy across all systems
- Coordinate with different departments
