Job Title: Data Analyst intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong Python skills and a background in web scraping. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and Selenium, and will play a key role in acquiring, processing, and analyzing data from both structured sources and the web. This role supports various departments by delivering actionable insights and driving data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain automated web scraping pipelines using Python and Selenium.

•⁠ ⁠Collect, clean, and structure data from online and internal sources.

•⁠ ⁠Use pandas and NumPy for efficient data manipulation and transformation.

•⁠ ⁠Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.

•⁠ ⁠Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and analytics solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of acquired data.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Python and experience with web scraping tools like Selenium, or Scrapy.

•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of pandas and NumPy for data handling.

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of anti-bot mechanisms and ethical scraping practices.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
