Job Summary:Qrelix Solutions Private Limited is seeking dedicated and result-oriented Tele Collections Executives to manage outbound calls for payment follow-ups and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on pending payments.
• Remind customers of due dates and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Update call details and collection status in the system/CRM.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in the required language(s).
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Prior experience in tele collections or call center roles is an advantage.
