Collection Executive / Debt Recovery Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection Executive / Debt Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers for payment recovery, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls to collect outstanding payments

• Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely recovery

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Only Experienced candidates can apply(Minimum 6 Months)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in collections, telecalling, or BPO will be an advantage

• Problem-solving attitude
