Job Description: Vending Machine Operator

Location: - H-122 Basement floor sector 63 Noida UP

 About Daalchini

Daalchini Bharat ki leading vending machine company hai, jo 80+ shahron mein 3,500+ smart vending machines operate karti hai. Hamare vending machines offices, metro stations, railway stations, malls, colleges aur kai anya jagahon par lage hain.

Role & Responsibilities

·      Vending machines me food & drinks (snacks, juices, etc.) ko rozana refill karna.

·      Machines ka stock check karna aur kharab ya expired items hataana.

·      Machines ka technical check karna (choti-moti problems khud hi solve karni hongi — training milegi).

·      Mobile app par machine status aur stock update karna.

·      Food items ko company ke bag me safely carry karna.

·      Apne daily route plan ke hisaab se kai machines cover karni hongi.

Hum kis candidate ko dhundh rahe hain?

·      10th/12th pass, 18+ saal ka, physically fit (saamaan uthana-rakhna hota hai).

·      Apni bike/scooter, valid driving license aur android smartphone hona chahiye.

·      Mobile apps ka use karna aata ho (WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic apps).

·      Local city/area ko jaante ho, roads aur locations pe comfort ho.

·      Jaldi subah kaam shuru kar sakte ho.

·      Active, responsible, aur punctual ho.

Kya milega? (Benefits & Salary)

·      Fixed Salary: ₹14,500 per month (Fixed).

·      Fuel Reimbursement: ₹3/Km.

·      Overtime: Variable, as per actuals, fixed salary ke alaawa

·      Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 per month. Variable, fixed salary ke alaawa.

·      Medical & Accidental Insurance: Company ki taraf se full coverage.

·      Weekly One Off

·      Annual Leaves

·      Attendance Bonus : ₹500/- (Per month)

·      Training: Company ki taraf se vending machine operations ki training milegi.

·      Chhutti par kaam nahi hota.

·      Active aur punctual rahna zaroori hai — har din route complete karna hota hai.

·      Yeh role unhi logon ke liye hai jo active, responsible aur field job me comfortable ho.
