Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also monitoring metrics and overseeing training and pilot programs. Your role will require you to engage with multiple stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the deployment process, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in resource allocation and budget management. - Ability to analyze and interpret deployment metrics for continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
