·        Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

·        Delivering the Projects in awarded Time.

·        Ensuring Proper Utilization of Materials and Manpower.

·        Ensuring Submission of Bills and Payments on Time.

·        Liasioning with clients

·        Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.

·        Necessary Correspondence and Coordination with Client/PMC.

·        Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.

·        Planning of whole project completion with Bar Chart.

·        Projects of all sites to be maintained

·        Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill area.
