Design & Ideation: Conceptualize and design unique soft toys and lifestyle accessories.
CAD & Tech Packs: Create detailed digital designs (CAD) and technical specifications.
Pattern Making: Develop accurate 2D/3D patterns for plush toys and accessories.
Production Guidance: Work closely with the tailoring team to translate patterns into high-quality physical products, ensuring correct stuffing, stitching, and finishing.
Material Selection: Source and select appropriate fabrics and trims.
