Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to end-users in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Printer issue
• Wireless connection and networking issue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1–3+ years) in a similar desktop/laptop support role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team.
