Digital Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment and has a proven track record of driving measurable growth and ROI. 

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. 

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI, CAC, and other KPIs. 

- Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring optimal spending efficiency. 

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. 

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, high-converting assets. 

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports. 

- Research market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. 

- Stay updated on industry best practices and algorithm changes on paid platforms. 

Qualifications

- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in [industry/sector]. 

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other PPC platforms. 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions. 

- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM campaigns is a plus. 

- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc. 

- Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
