Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to promote real estate projects and generate quality leads through online channels. The candidate will manage digital campaigns, social media, and property listings to increase brand visibility and sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Generate and track leads through landing pages and property portals.
• Optimize website and content using SEO strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in real estate).
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
