They optimize ROI, manage budgets, create content, and analyze performance data to support sales teams. Key skills include proficiency in Google Ads/Meta Ads, 3+ years of experience, and strong, data-driven communication. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate and nurture qualified leads for real estate projects through PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and targeted landing pages.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance property visibility.
• Social Media & Content: Manage company profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to boost engagement, including creating property videos and Reels.
• SEO & Analytics: Improve organic search rankings (SEO) and monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics to enhance ROI.
• Sales Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with sales goals to improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in digital marketing, with preference for real estate industry experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CRM software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, creativity, and communication skills.
