Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Ads Manager/ Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in running data-driven ad campaigns, managing budgets, and delivering high ROI through paid media strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on campaigns to support our brand growth, lead generation, and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
• Conduct market and audience research to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
• Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spending and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, impressions, etc.
• Continuously optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, bidding, and A/B testing for better performance.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor pixel tracking, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports detailing campaign performance and strategic insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as an Ads Manager/ Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar digital advertising role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
