Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta 

advertising who can independently manage ad accounts, create high-performing ad creatives, 

and drive reach, leads, and conversions. The candidate should be performance-focused and 

comfortable working with data and creatives together.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & 

Instagram)

• Manage end-to-end Meta Ads including budget allocation, targeting, and 

optimization

• Create and optimize ad creatives (copies, reels, carousel, static ads, stories)

• Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences

• Track and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions

• Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS)

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements

• Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and messaging

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights

• Stay updated with Meta policies, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram advertising

• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing

• Ability to write compelling ad copies and guide creative strategy

• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

• Experience in pixel setup, events, and conversion tracking

• Familiarity with Google Analytics (preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working in startups or digital agencies

• Basic design understanding (Canva or similar tools)

• Experience in scaling campaigns and optimizing ROAS
