Digital Marketing Executive

We work with leading brands to build high-performing eCommerce experiences. We’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Create ad creatives & copy (with design/content team support).
• Set up proper pixel tracking, custom conversions, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CTR improvements.
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube):
• Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and cost efficiency.
• Track performance and prepare regular reports with insights.
• SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical):
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, and on-page elements.
• Build high-quality backlinks and manage outreach strategies.
• Monitor search rankings, website health, and organic traffic growth using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads & Google Ads with strong performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in eCommerce / D2C campaigns.
• Shopify or WordPress platform knowledge.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Hotjar, etc.
